Very bad sound reproduction

Dear sirs,

I have been using Mp-hc for long time now. your K-lite mega pack 9.7.5 and update has me annoyed a lot. It does not play audio properly for any of the file format. Even after regain volume is at maximum. Also the sound quality is very bad. Also it does not give 5,1 channel output despite doing all the settings. (I am a computer professional for 19 years so operational error are not there)
I request your researchers to test it in your test environment and work to make it better.

It is continually tested by over a million people. It is working fine.

1) Update to version 9.9.3 and reset settings to default.
2) Adjust the speaker settings in the Windows Control Panel. The settings in the pack only control the codecs, not your sound driver.
