sound problem

I have a sound problem, when I play a DVD, video and music (. mp3).
on dvd you can hear a distorted sound when I change the lenguage or I chosse the lenguage, and when I move the movie to a certain scene
in music, you hear distorted only at first and then goes well
in videos, is the same as on the dvd
