subtitle database problem

i know my question will sound silly to some of you.. but this is reallly big problem for me..
as for the subtitle database, it stated there as www.opensubtitles.org/isdb, and the problem is whenever i click test, it said ''bad url, could not locate subtitle database there''.
and when i want to download subtitle for movie that i watched, it said ''cannot connect to the online subtitle database''

what's the problem actually, is it because of my antivirus? but even when i turn off the antivirus, the problem still persisted, i dont know what to do.
i even put the subtitle database address in the exclusion in the anti virus web filter..

can anybody help me? moderator? pleaseeee


i use windows 8 pro, and k lite mega codec 9.7. i installed k lite codec full 9.7 previously but the problem already started at that time.

i just updated to 9.7.4 but still not working

Maybe your firewall is blocking it?

i have turn off the firewall, but still not solved.
anyone with similar experience?

"dont connect to the online subtitle database" to fix the error. Install the "Open Subtitles MKV Player" and run search subtitle database to subtitle.org. then try download to MPC subtitles. Ok !
