Please help with aac

I've tried every way I could think of but I can't get the sound on this page (sorry, it is in Japanese).

It seems the problem is with AAC codec. Can anyone please suggest any ideas? And can anyone hear the sound in your browser?

That website needs the Adobe Flash browser plugin.

Your problem is because of a bug in the Flash plugin. It is not related to codecs.

Sound does not work here either. There is no alternative way to watch it.

Tried in Adobe Flash Player 10.3.183.50, no sound. There is nothing about codec for video playback.

Maybe the issue of Flash Player,or the NHK one minute news don't have sound.
