OpenSubtitles failed to log in Empty OpenSubtitles failed to log in

I've been trying to download subtitles from this provider but it says "failed to log in, check if your username and password are correct.", even though all the information is correct.

opensubtitles.com uses different login than your old opensubtitle.org account
