Add 2 new predefined modes to MediaPlayer classic for 3D to 2D

Would be nice if done automatically during the install of the codecs.
It allows to view 3D videos (side by side OR top and bottom) as a 2D video.


Manually here's how I do it:

during video playing
Right clic in the video
PNS Frame Adjust

Create the 2 following modes via New then Save

3D[SideBySide] to 2D
POS: 0.0000 is the left position of the picture.
POS: 0.5000 is the top position of the picture
Zoom: 2.000 is the zoom width
Zoom: 1.0000 is the zoom height

3D[TopAndBottom] to 2D
POS: 0.5000 is the left position of the picture.
POS: 0.0000 is the top position of the picture
Zoom: 1.000 is the zoom width
Zoom: 2.0000 is the zoom height

Thanks for considering it, it's a small addition, but quite useful when dealing with 3D video files.
