I can't open this video file, is there any solution?

try download ffmpeg from ffmpeg.org (need file ffmpeg.exe - https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/ffmpeg-git-full.7z )
and convert to H.265 using this command in command line:

ffmpeg.exe -i "file_name.extension"   -c:v libx265 -c:a aac "file_name.mkv"

CUVC = Canopus HQ codec

This codec might works:

You probably need to use 32-bit MPC-HC with it.
