Codec Tweak Tool - Greyed Out Options?

Hello,

I have downloaded and run the Codec Tweaker Tool and find a LOT of the options are greyed out and not available. I am especially missing the backup and restore. I don't want to start making fixes/changes without the ability to revert in case it either doesn't help or worse breaks something. I tried searching for the developer without success.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

That is because you are not using K-Lite Codec Pack.
