Rare issue with MPC Video renderer after klcp_update_1721_20221001

After updating klcp_update_1721_20221001 from K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1720_Mega
The MPC Video renderer seems to have a weird issue with certain mp4 files , Happens if i disable hardware acceleration , hardware decoder in LAV video decoder

Have no issues with the other Outputs like Madvr or Enhanced (custom)
