PGS subtitles stopped displaying suddenly

I use the Windows7 ultimate (X64) and have installed Kaspersky Internet Security.
i used  K-lite Mega codec pack in this system for long times and it didn't have any problem with playing video or audio or subtitles so far.
but from yesterday it suddenly stopped displaying the PGS subtitles while i haven't changed any setting.
i tried to update the k-lite codec but it didn't solve the problem.
then i tried to install an older version (1645) when my PC was offline and it worked just fine. but as soon as i have connected my PC to internet, once again the same problem occurred and PGS subtitles stopped displaying in video.
is there any solution for this problem?
