Pausing video in MPC-HC stops all other audio for 10 secs

Hi, whenever I'm pausing a video in MPC-HC, the audio automatically gets muted for all other applications (e.g. YouTube (Chrome), Spotify, etc.).

Any settings I need to adjust to fix this issue ?

That would be a bug in Windows. MPC-HC does not touch volume of other applications.

MPC-HC options > Advanced > UseSMTC = False
That disables interaction with Windows Media Transports Controls (control playing through Windows volume). Although, this option should already be disabled by default in the pack.

Thanks - It's True by default. Switching to False fixes the issue.
