Video and audio delays with MP4 format on MPC-HC when jumping on seekbar

Hey,
I have a problem with MPC-HC for a long time. I use really often MP4 format and the playing it on MPC-HC is very uncomfortable. All the time when I use an MP4 file with video and audio configuration like below I have delays. You can see the delays on attached movie which I recorded. The delays on video I called "LAG".
I want to add that on Android I had this same problem but I changed the hardware decoding to software in MX Player app and it works nice without delays.
Anybody could help me with this? I totally don't know how to try changing encoder to software in MPC-HC but I would like to test it. In additional, this in not a CPU and GPU performance problem. And with other movies (various formats like MKV, AVI, etc.) I don't have a problem with delays.

I don't get such long lag here.

Does it only happens with very short videos? The player uses accurate seeking instead of keyframe seeking for short video. Seeking is a bit slower.

Try with hardware decoding disabled.

With long videos the delay is longer too.
Could you tell me how to disable hardware decoding in MPC-HC?

Menu > Play > Filters > LAV Video Decoder > hardware decoder = None

Sorry for late reply. I tried to disable hardware decoding today but this problem is still the same :/

I don't have a solution for you.
