CELP, DSS and DDS Pro codec Empty CELP, DSS and DDS Pro codec

Hi,

I'm looking for the following windows codecs:
CELP: FormatTag: 0x0120 , DSS (Digital Speech Standard) and DS2 or DSS Pro

Any help is welcome,

I can't help you with finding encoders.

The codec pack is able to play DSS. The other formats are not supported.
