I'm very sorry for simultaneously using LAV and ffdshow but it is necessary thing in my practice so far. Everything was OK up to 14.1.3 KLCP version, so ffdshow and LAV peacefully coexisted under Win10 not interfering each other. But after updating to 14.1.5 version ffdshow forced out LAV in MPC-HC at all. Fortunately under Win7 the peaceful coexistance goes on. So I had to leave KLCP 14.1.3 on the Win10 machine and use 14.1.5 under Win7 only.

That is because of wrong configuration. No change in the codec pack.

If you want to use ffdshow for format X, then enable only that format in ffdshow settings. Also don't enable an internal filter in MPC-HC, as that will cause LAV to be used.

Thank you for your attention! Couldn't you tell me some more about what should I do to provide the existence of ffdshow in system to use it in the app X for H.264, but MPC-HC and the app Y could use LAV for the same H.264? I don't understand distinctly enough how the mechanism of the Internal Filters works. Sad
Thanks in advance.
P.S. It seems to me that I've found the reason. The problem with the impertinent ffdshow takes place only on the PC with x86 OS. There is no problem on the PC with x64 OS, because MPC-HC uses 64-bit decoder while ffdshow being x86 program doesn't interfere MPC-HC as x64 program to use the proper decoder. But the question is remain for 32-bit machine...

ffdshow is also available as x64 if you need it.

In ffdshow options, on the "DirectShow control" page, you can specify which applications are allowed to use it. Add application X there (and remove everything else). Other applications will then use LAV.

Great! It works! But MPC-HC should be added in "Don't use ffdshow in..." yet. Thank you very much!

Or enable "Only use ffdshow in" and only add the desired application(s). By default that list contains MPC-HC and other common players, so empty the list first.
