Arrow 2016 and K-Lite Codec Pack don't have a new interface

Idea (this to make it more attractive I think you could add two classic and modern interfaces)

MPC-HC deliberately has a simplistic interface and many people like it very much. It is developed by volunteers. Changing the interface is a LOT of work and none of the current developers is interested in doing it.
