Codec Tweak Tool not Shutting Down on install or updates

Ive Noticed that when i install a New Version that Either the Full install or the Update the Codec Tweak Tool Does not Shut Down for the install i have had to go(in windows 8.1) to the Task Manager's Details Tab to Shut it down Directly before any installer for the Codec Packs will Finish installing you might wantto have the installer check for it and shut it down to make your install Go Smoother thanks for your time

It doesn't automatically terminate other programs. But it does detect which programs need to be closed (by you) and shows a list. You don't need to close the CTT through the Task Manager. You can simply close it though its "close" or "exit" button or through its window close button like any other program. Or was the user interface not visible?
