MP3: incorrect time calculation

I have a problem with playing mp3 VBR files with the MPC-HC included in the 9.8.0 version (the update 9.8.4 doesn't resolve it):

MediaInfo says a different duration of a VBR mp3 file (9mn 51s), MPC says 12,49. After enabling the internal source filter of MPC it works right.
