Playback Issue with MadVR on MPC-HC

   Hardware:
       GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070 (Mobile)
       CPU: Intel i9-14900HX
   Codec Pack Version: K-Lite Codec Pack 18.75
   Player: Media Player Classic - Home Cinema (MPC-HC)

Issue Description

After updating to K-Lite Codec Pack version 18.75, playback using the MadVR renderer in MPC-HC exhibits severe distortions, color artifacts, and glitches, as observed in the provided screenshot. The issue persists despite multiple attempts to resolve it.
Observations

   MPC Video Renderer: Works fine with no playback issues, indicating that the problem is specific to MadVR.
   MadVR Playback: The video output is corrupted and unwatchable, suggesting a compatibility issue or configuration problem with the renderer.
   Version History:
       The problem did not occur with version 18.60 or earlier of the K-Lite Codec Pack.
       The issue started immediately after upgrading to version 18.65 and after.

Steps Taken to Resolve

   Uninstalled K-Lite Codec Pack using BCU Uninstaller.
   Reinstalled the codec pack.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists.

Select DXVA2 copyback in LAV Video Decoder.

Problem is caused by a bug in your Intel graphics driver.

It is bug in Intel driver that probably got silently updated by Windows.
