.wmv files not playing in easy worship 7. updated with codec k-lite and standard to no avail

.wmv video files will not play the video (audio only) during playback in easy worship 7 running windows 11. they will play in other media players (VLC) and the file will play in easy worship 7 on windows 10. the system was updated to 11 and the monitor was about to totally break off, and the computer was changed out completely and the old files were copied over by the technician. these events lead to the .wmv files no longer playing video

Run the k-lite installer again. On the "select components" page choose LAV as decoder and splitter for Windows Media. By default it uses Microsoft codec from Windows for it, but that one might be broken on your system.
