MPC EVR playback same file error.

I've install MPC on my MSI katana GF76 12UD, Intel I7 12700H with RTX 3050TI. For some reason, the EVR playback doesnt work properly. when the video finished and try to play from begining again, the frame just stuck. It work fine on my old laptop and my pc. All of them have same setting as I share the same config.ini file. Here what I mean. Please ignore the blue stuff on the video, I add it to cover explorer path revealing my email address.

Seems to be a bug in the Intel driver.

Try MPC Video Renderer instead.

MPC VR -> video frame stuck.
madVR -> Fine
MPC EVR -> Can't auto replay video from begining, as this thread descibe.
Sync Renderer -> Can't auto replay video from begining, as this thread descibe.
VMR9 -> Fine
VMR7 -> Fine
OLD VR -> Not playing

Currently I'm using Intel Iris(R) Xe driver version 30.0.101.2079 and NVIDIA RTX 3050TI driver version 31.0.15.3129.

Ok, it seem it Intel GPU problem. After forcing MPC to use my RTX 3050 TI for render device, it working fine.
Also, when using Intel, I dont see any video decode ussage from task manager, but using NVIDIA, there some activity.

There is not really anything I can do to fix it. The cause is likely a driver bug.

Does it also get stuck when you manually seek to begin of the video before pressing play?

You can press Ctrl+E to quickly reload to file when it gets stuck.

I think I got the root cause. Because if I use MPC VR then enable DX11, it work fine.

DXVA2 video processing is a bit buggy on Intel Xe.

The pack uses DX11 by default on most systems, but you might have separate user account in Windows. You can use Codec Tweak Tool to reset settings to good values on the non-admin accounts.
