Playlists that you have created yourself are not played in the MediaPlayer Classic
Hello, I can no longer use the playlist I created. They are created in mp3tag and otherwise always worked. Where is the mistake? My mistake?
Playlists that you have created yourself are not played in the MediaPlayer Classic. The same playlist is played in Windows media player, opened in mp3tag.

I have CDs physically with me on the CD shelf. But would like to archive and play them on the HDD in the computer.
The error occurs in many examples.
Who can give me a tip, please?
thanks

Re: Playlists that you have created yourself are not played in the MediaPlayer Classic
It seems to be a problem with the text encoding.
If I copy your playlist and save it with ASCII encoding, then the ’ character does not get handled properly. If I save the file with UTF-8 encoding, then it works properly.
I will check if this can be fixed in the player. But as a workaround you can save the file as UTF-8.

Thank you, I have switched to ID3v2.4 UTF-8 in mp3 tag and also edit the original m3u lists for now.
