How can I increase the video speed more sensitive?

I want to increase the video speed, just like in vlc media player, but when I press the speed button it gets very fast. For example, I want to watch 1.85X video (I want it to increase 0.05X)

Set a specific rate:
Menu > Play > Playback Rate

Adjust step size for the buttons:
Options > Playback > Speed step

yes I did what you said. I even compared the two in vlc and k lite codec .. I set the same video to 1.50X. While vlc is speeding up, mphc only speeds up conversations .. it gets treble and it is not understood. please try both them. thank you

If you want audio pitch correction, you need to enable internal audio renderer.
options > playback > output > audio renderer

It is a different renderer implementation. It has some extra features like pitch correction.
