SWF files cause sound wave volume slider to decrease to 0, and how to play SWF?
Whenever I open swf file in mpc it minimizes my sound wave slider in windows xp pro sp3 to 0.
This happens also whenever I touch anything inside that SWF windows in MPC.
But it doesn't happen when I touch menu during playing, for example when I go to fullscreen from menu.
If I keep windows volume controls open during playback it shows that slider is not moving to zero, but it is, it is only not refreshed, not graphically visible.
If I close those controls and reopen them I see that it has been moved to zero.
It can be put up (volume raised) during playback but if i touch anything in mpc windows, it goes to zero again.
I also don't know how to play some swf files, it starts and stops at step 3, and nothing happens, so I go to something close to that like step 10, because it's hard to choose step 3, I am not that precise.
I tried playing swf in browser but it just stops where it stops in mpc at step 3, and browser is useless here. Google Chrome.
Is there any easy way to play swf? Without having to choose those steps.
Why browser normally plays swf file when it's online on page, but not when it's standalone offline swf downloaded using idm?
My klite mega codec pack is from 1st september this month.
My adobe flash player and shockwave are newest, well almost newest (just like klite codec pack), version 26.
I installed all 3 types of flash (for chrome, firefox, ie...).
I usually reinstall system once per month and keep things clean and updated and in order, so do not tell me about some reinstalling or some temp...
This swf is less problematic because it offers in its own window to start playing it, works both in web browsers and mpc (with wave volume bug):
http://content.tutorvista.com/physics_10/content/media/055_dry_cell.swf
This swf is very problematic (doesn't play at all in browsers except shows 1st few frames, progress bar, and in mpc have to skip step/frame 3 to continue):
http://content.tutorvista.com/animations/physics/diff_dist_disp.swf
Please remember: They work fine online in browsers, but why they do not work when played from offline location?
Do they have some dependencies like html has css, jpg, js...?
If I could play them in browsers from offline file that would be enough too. Tried chrome (49.0.2623.112) and firefox (52.3.0 ESR).

There are some security restriction for local SWF files. Here you can read how to disable that in Flash settings:

Best way to open SWF files is with a browser. MPC-HC is not good for interactive SWF files.

Nothing works. Edited that mms.cfg in system32 folder, added file location in settings in control panel for firefox. None worked. Also I said previously one swf worked but another didn't. Probably not issue you are mentioning. Also tried standalone flash player which works without any browser.
If somebofy finds a solution, please tell.
Now I tried to download whole webpage and rewrite source code to read local swf, still freezes at loading progress bar.
Or only solution is swf to anything converter?

The dry cell one works here in Internet Explorer 10. The other one does not work.
