Why I watch mp4 have subtitles?
And then my KCP haven't language, where can I download the language pack?

My OS: Windows 10 (x64)

Codec Tweak Tool > Media Foundation > disable for .mp4

During installation of the K-Lite Codec Pack there is an option to enable translations of MPC-HC. It is disabled by default when using an English version of Windows.

I restalled it, language is back.
But subtitles as before never show on WMP....

Does WMP use LAV Splitter and decoders?

It should work, so please double-check is settings were applied correctly.
