Solved: Screenshot filename is cropped Empty Solved: Screenshot filename is cropped

Hi. Sorry for my English in advance.

After the recent update, when saving an image from a video, the end of the file name is cropped to “minutes.seconds”. Although it previously included the date and time to milliseconds. I constantly save frame-by-frame images for my blog and every time I’m asked to replace the existing file. And every time I have to rename the file manually. This is not only frustrating, but also introduces some chaos in a folder with screenshots.  Neutral

Please, help me. How can I return the screenshot filename to previous scheme with date and time to milliseconds in Settings? I can’t find it now. Maybe I can use Regedit?
And, please, return the older filename forming scheme. It was very useful.

Go to MPC-HC and then Options->Advanced and then set the SaveImageCurrentTime boolean to true.

Now it will add date and time. Cheers!

That option is for including the (real-world) time at which the snapshot was taken, not the position/time in the video. I don't remember it ever using millisecond precision.

Thank you for clarifying. Previously, I did not pay attention, because I was enough that the file names didn’t match and went in order. And now I saw that the name of the file is not the time of the frame, but the time it was saved. Anyway the problem is solved with help of previous commenter.
