Some MP4 files can't be played

Some MP4 files, which were downloaded from Youtube freeze on 0:00 when opened in MPC and don't have thumbnails.
But they can be opened in WMP, and their thumbnails work fine with the default Windows thumbnail generator.
All these videos have the same Format (dash) and Codec ID (dash (iso6/avc1/mp41)) displayed in MediaInfo:

I use Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and K-Lite Codec Pack 12.9.0 Mega (currently latest version).
I tried changing decoders, reinstalling K-Lite, messing with codec pack options, but without any success.
Maybe, someone have an idea how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

Which download tool are you using? A good one should be able to create a proper MP4 file. That dash format is for streaming video.

I downloaded these videos long time ago, but as I can remember, I used VKMusic (It's popular in Russia and countries of CIS).
Though all the videos were downloaded by this tool, the ones downloaded after year 2015 have Dash format. Guess it's something that changed in this software, or in Youtube.
Old version of K-Lite were able to open these videos and generate thumbnails without any problems. Maybe, something also changed in codec pack itself.
