how to I configure this into the ini file or registry?

I tried and tried to change these two settings using the klit.exe /unattended
but none of those settings so far have been successful. I also tried the backup option and adding that ini and reg file but unsuccessful.

I just need these two settings changed. help~

You must run it as Administrator.
