It is possible to customize the toolbar buttons:
https://trac.mpc-hc.org/wiki/Toolbar_images

There is no other theme functionality. However, it does use the standard colors from Windows, which can be customized in the Windows settings.

i checked that page , but there is little difficult to config and the themes is not cool enough .
