Where can I find "regular codec pack installer"

Post by jdb on Sun May 29, 2016 8:02 am

I'm responding to a pop-up window that says to upgrade my K-Lite Code. I downloaded update file: klcp_update_1215_20160524.exe

But I get error message after launching: You currently have version 12.0.1 of K-Lite Code Pack installed. That version is too old. This update only works on version 12.1.0 of the pack You must download the "regular codec pack installer" if you want to update your current installation. (I inserted quote marks)

Where do I find the "regular codec pack installer" ?  I can see variants of Basic, Standard, Full, Mega on page http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

but I'm unsure which is "regular."

Thanks for any pointers.

Regular means normal. So pick Basic/Standard/Full/Mega depending on which variant you have installed.
