PROBLEMS WITH VIDEO

hi can someone help me with a video playing problem. i try to do it with a lot of video players with the same result. the video start to pause or micro pause (STUTTERING) when you're watching a movie. i will put a sample of a video with the problerm. i try to uninstall the driversfor the video card with the same result. i have windows 10.

Also try re-installing the sound driver. That plays an important role in timing during video playback, so can also be related to stuttering issues.

If you are using a laptop, then go to Power settings and put it in high performance mode.
