Error Playing AVC Advanced Video Codec .TS File

Hello Everyone ,
I am new to DTH Service with recording facilty..i have installed dth service and running good .
my problem is :
when i record some videos on DTH Smart Box in USB Device then wants to play that .TS file in laptop using windows media player / VLC Player / Divx Player , it can't play videos..

It seems to be a raw video stream. It doesn't have a container. Try renaming it from .ts to .264

If that doesn't work, then could you upload a sample file for me? You can use a site like http://www.sendspace.com to upload.
