K-lite freeze and down when loading some video files for playing

Dear adm,

I've update K-lite to 11.2.7, but recently I found problems: It's freeze & down when loading some video files for playing.

I'll give a torrent file for you to test, please help me. It's really annoying.

update: It's not stable(freeze and down) even if  using Haali spliter, instead of LAV spliter.

That file plays fine here with default settings.

When does it freeze? Immediately at the start or during playback? If it happens during playback, does it always happen at the exact same spot if you try again?

It happens at the start on loading, then freeze and my system hangs on; and yes, it always happens exact the same spot every time.

The ok process is

loading file => loading spliter => loading audio and video codecs => playing...

The freeze & hang process is

loading file => loading spliter => system halted & freeze => hang

Finally I got the repeat scenario:

Skype with a chat window cause the freeze ALWAYS happened. No matters is it LAV or Haiil or ffdshow...

It is ok in older(?) versions.

With older versions working, does that include 11.2.0? If so, you could try re-installing it and then running the 11.2.7 update with MPC-HC unchecked. Then you know if the problem is because of a change in MPC-HC.

Does the whole system freeze or just MPC-HC?

Did you perhaps enable
MPC-HC Options > Tweaks > Display now playing information in Skype's mood message

Yes, whole system freeze that I have to press the power to reboot...

and sometimes it shows a blue screen -- ati2dvag error. but I never have this error before when playing with skype...

I've checked, I do not enable this option...

The problem seems to be caused by the ATI/AMD graphics driver. Try installing a newer (or older) version.

Dear adm,

Finally, I downgraded to skype version 7.2.32.103, and the problem is gone.

The skype version after 2015/05 cause my computer not only k-lite down but also my computer unstable.
