zoomed frame cannot be moved to border. 9 key to zoom, ctrl+4 is to move image to left, but it does not go to most left parts of image.
also, if you zoom further after moving, image stays centered at center of image, so image in viewport moves in one direction, not to all sides from center of viewport.
