Missing options

I'm using K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 10.9.5 in advanced mode.
I noticed that Icaros PropertyHandler, EVR Custom render setting and EVR Sync render sentting are missing in the setup on Windows XP.

Icaros PropertyHandler requires Windows Vista or newer. XP doesn't have the same property system as the newer versions of Windows.
EVR Custom/Sync may not work properly on XP. Standard EVR should work, but is not recommended on XP, since it was designed for Vista. EVR is also not a standard renderer included with XP. It is only available on XP as part of MS .NET 3.5 runtime.
