My Menu Bar is gone <SOLVED> Empty My Menu Bar is gone <SOLVED>

Not sure what I pressed but it's gone. If I right click on the grey bar it appears but I can't use any of the options.  Someone please take pity on me and tell me what key combo to hit.  Thanks.
