K32GetProcessImageFileNameW not found in kernel32.dll

I Update codecs to 10.2.28 yesterday on my Vista sp2 and now get the error 'The procedure entry point K32GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll' while trying to launch GraphStudioNext 0.6.1.304

Badly, il look like this undocumented entry can only be found on Windows 7 and later
Is there a way to get one running in the pack ?

Hopefully Version 0.6.1.265 Build 2013.07.17 still work.
