I found some videos which are encoded by mkvmerge, these videos doesn't play in last 10 minutes portion (any video player showing it corrupted - film &tv, wmp, mx player(android), vlc player). are you aware of this problem?

Play good here with MPC-HC and VLC.

At which timestamp does the corruption start for you? Does it stay corrupted is you seek to a later timestamp?

Maybe you have a damaged file.
