How to select the audio of VCD?

I got a problem here while playing VCD (*.dat).
There are two different audio play at same time, how can I select one of them?

It is probably one audio stereo track where each channel is used for different audio.

Solution 1:
Disable MP2 audio in ffdshow audio decoder. Then Micrsoft's decoder will get used instead. That should be able to recognize the dual-mono audio.

Solution 2:
Change the audio balance in the Windows audio volume. Move it to the left or right depending on which audio you want to hear.
